From Weekahead vol. 472, March 15, 2008

It is absolutely amazing to see how the chart of Tibet’s revolution or fight for independence created by Nick Campion in his book of World Horoscopes was triggered by the previous New Moon, and even more so by the next Full Moon!  Campion says that this chart could signify the modern aspirations for independence for Tibet, March 10, 1959, at 07.00 am when the demonstrations began (and the Dalai Lama thereafter fled to India: Sun in Pisces in the 12th).  07.00 am is less 6 hours for GMT, and Lhasa is at 91E09, 29N40.

The previous New Moon was conjunct Uranus exactly conjunct the Sun in the above chart. The next Full Moon is triggering this chart right on the angles for the next Full Moon shows a grand square with Mars and Pluto no less. Mars conjunct the IC of Tibet, Pluto conjunct the MC (sic), and the Sun and Moon over the Ascendant/Descendant axis. Pluto conjunct the midheaven (soon) comes from the 8th house: suppressed fury… it is not entirely conjunct the midheaven yet, but it is at the end of the 9th house: the last phase of relationships with foreign countries (or with China). When Pluto will be conjunct the midheaven next year, Tibet may well get their new status for definite.  A country that will have to deal with the misuse of power, and  in fact, evolutionary speaking,  ultimately learning the right way of power when it comes to state affairs. (Which is what Pluto in the 10th signifies, and to some extent with Pluto in Capricorn, the whole world is in for this same lesson , this choice between the right or wrong way to rule the world so to speak).
